Director of Global Accounts – Healthcare Simulation & Endovascular Performance Solutions (U.S.-based)
Job Description
At Mentice, we’re transforming healthcare through the power of simulation. As the global leader in endovascular and interventional simulation solutions, we help healthcare professionals and medical device innovators acquire, retain, and advance procedural skills that translate directly into improved patient outcomes.
Our advanced simulation platforms support clinicians across cardiovascular, neurovascular, and structural heart therapies — empowering teams to perform life-saving procedures with greater confidence, precision, and safety.
But it’s not just what we do — it’s who we are. We are a global team united by a shared purpose: improving healthcare performance and patient outcomes through innovation, education, and collaboration.
In this role, you have the opportunity to make healthcare better:
As Director of Global Accounts at Mentice, you will lead the strategic relationship with one or more of our largest global partners. This is a high-visibility, growth-oriented role responsible for building, executing, and expanding Mentice’s engagement across customer organizations worldwide.
You’ll work across regions and internal teams to align strategy, deliver value, and ensure long-term partnership success — while driving measurable top- and bottom-line results.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead and manage strategic global accounts — act as the commercial and relationship lead for all customer interactions globally.
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans, including goals for adoption, integration, and recurring revenue growth.
- Facilitate strategic meetings — organize global planning sessions, roadmap reviews, and innovation workshops with key customer stakeholders.
- Drive customer advocacy — ensure Mentice delivers exceptional value, service, and partnership across all engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations to execute customer initiatives effectively.
- Apply disciplined sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC) to manage opportunity qualification, forecasting, and funnel growth.
- Monitor market trends — stay ahead of regional healthcare dynamics, customer economics, and competitive landscape.
- Represent Mentice at key industry events, conferences, and leadership forums to strengthen strategic relationships.
- Travel up to 40% (domestic and international) to engage customers and teams face-to-face.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Minimum 5+ years in global account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships — preferably within the medical device, healthcare technology, or digital health sectors
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value, multi-stakeholder accounts with complex buying processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical, business planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed global environment
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
- Self-motivated, structured, and able to work independently with a global mindset
Preferred experience:
- Clinical, technical, or commercial experience in endovascular or interventional procedures, structural heart, or interventional imaging
- Familiarity with medical simulation, clinical education platforms, or procedural training technologies
- Understanding of hospital procurement, enterprise partnerships, and healthcare economics
In Return, We Offer You:
A chance to join a purpose-driven global company that’s shaping the future of interventional medicine. You’ll work alongside industry leaders and innovators who are passionate about clinical excellence, education, and improving patient care.
